Rome's Exhibition Grounds "Fiera di Roma" hosted the two day BNL very succssful convention, with a very large audience. During the first day, the event saw as many as 1500 visitors, who attended the various talks and workshops held in different rooms of the congress centre.
In this occasion too, Clonwerk played a distinct role, providing rhe event's graphic support, making and producing some of the videos shown, the talks' introductory presentations, and the slides.
The second day took place entirely inside the plenary room, hosting over 2000 people, among whom were the top management of BNL and BNP Paribs, including BNL President Luigi Abete.
The event was directed by Clonwerk, who proved essential in coordinating its various phases. These included lectures, high impact videos that emphatically communicated the spirit and contents of rhe event, and talk show moderated by the brilliant show woman and entertainer Serena Dandini.
All the graphics was shown on a 40mt x 4,5 mt screen. This enhanced the communication by highlighting the company's key messages. The audience was further involved thanks to an interactive system that allowed the public to send text message on the spot and immediately view them on the mega screen, thus contributing to liven up the various talks.
The emotional climax was reached during the touching performance by renowned actor Giancarlo Giannini who interpred, in his unique,, brilliant style, a text written specifically to communicate the Group's value. The performance's evocative effect was obtained with the contrbution of a graphic idea developed by the Clonwerk direction: the actor's face was shown against a starry sky background.
During both the convention's day, Clonwerk also made an entertaining backstage video, shot by teasing and filming the guests and staff, and showing it as the closing event.

CARIPARMA - IL FUTURO E' DI SCENA alt

The evocative setting of Parma's Teatro Regio hosted the celebration of the 150th anniversary of the foundation of Cassa di Risparmio di Parma. Over one thousand guests, including institutions, the group's board and main figures of the economic and banking scene, assisted the show presented by Cristina Parodi; Clonwerk, on behalf of the agency K-Events, directed the show and made the graphic effects.
This exciting show was opened by a performance of the Teatro Regio's Choir's members, who became contuxtual part of the scenery.
The show continued with a staging dedicated to the historic reconstruction of the bank interpreted by Filippo Timi. The actor performed a monolougue in front of a screen where words appeared like free throughts on a notebook and then turned into a big painting with images and colours supporting the setting of the narration.
Clonwerk's creative team also designed and produced the emotional video of the show: a 150 year travel, in which the historic milestones, the vents, and the main figures of the Bank's economic evolution towards the future are rapresented like the turning pages of a book.

For the event "ONE" at Cesena with the participation of about 11.000 people, Clonwerk, on behalf of the agency K'Events, created, produced and mananged the broadcasting of the video graphics for the format.
This event was unique for both dimension and type, since it was developed after K-Events' original and exciting format "Convenshow", in which the video-graphic component had great importane and the winning characteristics constituting the Clonwerk's DNA had the chance to be expressed fully.
Through careful direction, creativity, masterful editing and deep knowledge of 2D and 3D compositing, all the video-graphics supporting company presentations, choreography and impressive perfornances had the maximum visual support, thus laying emphasis and emotions on the participants.

"WE ARE TWO STORIES AND ONE FUTURE" GROUPAMA alt

On the occasion Groupama's convention, Clonwerk, on behalf of the agency K'Events, organised the evening party for over 2.000 agents and employees, by managing the evnt and creating the graphics and the videos accompanying the speakers who discussed the group's value and market strategy.
Clonwerk's creative team also made the script, shot and edited a 20 minute report so as to amusingly and challengingly answer the questions that agents and employees frequently ask their executives.
One the most exciting and impressive moments of the convention was when two large led screen united so as to symbolise the merger of the two goups. Clonwerk produced the logo animation through 2D and 3D compositing for and outstanding result.
At the end of the event , the guests were entertained by Fiorello's amusing performance with the support of Clonwerk's graphics on the bacground.

On the occasion of the 50th aniversary of Milan's Terrazza Martini, the Martini Premiere Award by Martini & Rossi offered Clonwerk the chance to give an original and innovative contribution to celebrate the emerging talents of Italian cinema. On behalf of the agency Klaus Davi, Clonwerk designed the setting of the event, the running of the video clips (which were mostly the trailers of the awarded films), the tunes accompanyning the categories and the opening sequence.

VODAFONE "ENERGY TO SELL" alt

Last may, Clonwerk was committed in the making of Vodafone's event "Energia da vendere" (Energy in spades) at Seville Congress Centre.
The concept of the event designed  by It's Cool Events was intended to trasmit the circularity of ever-flowing energy, by establishing a parallelism between the inexhaustible strenght of the sun and the never-ending vitality of Vodafone's selling force. In order to emphasise and compare this concept, Clonwerk designed all the indoor graphics, in which live shows and slide opening were inserted, so that they produced a shock wave from the entre aoutwards and constantly changed the background.
The circular setting allowed guests to enter the exclusive and cosy "Vodafone space", at whose back there was 24x6 m screen which gave Clonwerk the oppurtunity of expressing at its full potential in directing clips with a resolutions three times higher than Full HD for outstanding visual effects.

"AL CENTRO DEL CAMBIAMENTO" UNIPOL GRUPPO FINANZIARIO alt

Another proof of the broad range of Clonwerk's technological and creative solutions in the field of event management was the convention of Unipol Gruppo Finanziario organised by It's Cool Events for Future Show Station in Bologna. For this event Clonwerk created and produced the exciting opening tune and video, which was broadcast, like the other graphic clips, on a scaling screen that produced incredible visual effects and allowed emphasising the concepts of the numerous slides, thus rendering a very particular scenographic effect. Also in this case, Clonwerk directed and co-ordinated all the aspect of video broadcasting, lights and sound.

"IL" - THE MENS MAGAZINE OF IL SOLE 24 ORE alt

January 14. Clonwerk, on behalf of the agency It's Cool Events, organised a real show at Florence's Teatro Goldoni as Pitti Immagine final event of the initiatives celebrating the success of "IL - il maschile del Sole 24 ore".
The event was created and developed along the stages on the theatre's gallery. The choice of detting the show in a place that is usually reserved for the audience suggests an innovative mood: changing perspectives, looking at things from another point of view, which is also "IL"'s philosophy. By developing the creative concept of It's Cool Events, Clonwerk reproduced the magazine's sections into a show and translate the content though a careful direction into a kaleidoscopic flow of movements and quick frames, coordinated poses and digital forms. This creative structure thus resulted in an extraordinary choreography with a exhilaranting music accompaniment and evocative light effects of great impact.
The message was clear: nowadays publishing market requires new languages and amotions, "Il" replies with an original and easily recongnisable style that Clonwerk interpreted through a mix of rhythm, colour and pure energy.
