VODAFONE - BICICLETTAMENTE SMART

Vodafone hunts the Guinness Book of World Records. Biciclettamente Smart is the event held on December, the 17th at the Arena Civica in Milan, where there was lighted the biggest human-powered Christmas tree in the world and in history. Two session of 510 people, 510 bycicles and 510 dynamo lights, everything in order to reach the world record. A truly impressive atmosphere was created when the darkness fell, the only lights were those that lighted up the Chrtistmas tree. Even in this occasion Clonwerk has developed the graphics and the direction of the entire event, coordinating all the involved professionals.

INTESA SANPAOLO ROAD SHOW

From November 10 to December 2, there was an Intesa Sanpaolo Road Show, headed to the managers of the Small Business segment to launch a strong message on the expected commercial results, one year after the bird of the new "Business Together" service model. This year, instead of one grand event, the customer preferred to have 8 meetings: 8 strategic steps in order to be close to the territory. Less than a month, touching 8 different cities, but a guaranteed success! Godmother and host of the event was Natasha Stefanenko. The speeches, graphically treated by Clonwerk were strategically interspersed with amusing and interesting contributions of the italian comedian Enrico Bertolino, which eas at Miss. Stefanenko's side during the final stage of the event held in Milan. The presence of Mr- Bertolino was a sign of continuity with the launch event of the "Business Together" Service. The Enrico Bertolino's videos made by Clonwerk, were treated from the director's, authorial and graphics perspective. Interesting and funny, even the use of the interactive system, also produced and aired by Clonwerk to intersperse the speeches and to capture the audience attention. Clonwerk produced and coordinated all the graphics, video walk ins, emotional video, the graphic contributions for the speakers, the interactivity and dealt the editing and the direction.

METINVEST 5th ANNIVERSARY

The Metinvest Group celebrated the 5th anniversary with a performance enhanced by the beautiful and floating scenic location. Headed to the spectacle and technological innovation in stereoscopic 3D video, Clonwerk presented the key points of the international Metinvest's success. The other video contributions helped to trasform the institutional moment in a show full of fascination and suggestion. In addition Clonwerk has made, on behalf of K-Events, the direction of the whole convention part, including the camera's management, during the show, conceived and directed by Luc Petit, Clonwerk was responsable for the airing of the whole graphic contributions.

The technological side of Expo 2015 and the concept of "Smart City" were presented by the Directior of Technology of Expo 2015 which showed to an audience of 90 countries, the future of Universal Echibition through an interactive presentation and a series of videos that Clonwerk had produced with the intention to understand which technology lies ahead in the near future. This realization had a great impact on the mainstram press with a strong image return.

MOTO GUZZI - GUZZI WORLD DAYS 2011

3 days event, 1 press conference, more than 20,000 partecipants, more than 50 countries represented by the centaurs, 90 year's of Moto Guzzi's history. GWD 2011 (Guzzi World Days 2011),a festival of three days during which Mandello del Lario was assaulted by a large army of fans and nostalgics of the brand. Venue of the historic Guzzi Lario factory, witha path that led them to discover the renovation and re-development of the historic landmarks of the factory and the Guzzi myth, like the charming and monumental Wind Tunnel, made in 1950, production departments and the Moto Guzzi's Museum. To inaugurate the event, the press conference was held in a marquee set up for the occasion. The wrap-around screens to close the perimeter of the room used at the conference, were made with a sophisticated system of switch glass. The video graphics, the logo animation and slides in support of interventionss were made by Clonwerk. At the end of the President Roberto Colannino's speech, a fascinating and exciting video made by Clonwerk: a mix of past, present and future that has been studied and directed by Clonwerk to crown in an impressive final, revealing the bikes placed behind the screens through the use of sophisticated glass switches.

The fashion stops to talk about his usual codes, and approaches the world of creativity such as art and design, but above all, is the video to be a leader, as a mean of plural storytelling, as a kaleidoscope of infinite narrative's and style's possibilities. The video-scenography embraces, this way, such a dreaming dimension, attending an event away from tha shared code of fashion in recent years and more like the interdisciplinary creativity could be found during the Salone del Mobile. Clonwerk realized a new way to communicate through its know-how and the desire to experiment and try new frontiers.

HOTPOINT INDESIT "THE MOVIE"

These are the numbers of the "Hotpoint - The Movie," the biggest launch of new products, in the history of Indesit Company.
The first day at Studio 5 at Cinecittà, on the track of a movie premiere, an event full of twists and special effects. Clonwerk, on behalf of K-events agency, has made all contributions video: walk-in, 3D logo animation, 3D movie. One of the characteristics, the presence of "free format" screens, whose 3D contributions were designed by Clonwerk.
During the evening gala dinner on the set of Ancient Rome, a spectacular show of video-mapping and light design "Image". All the video-mapping work always bears Clonwerk's signature.
Clonwerk with its support for the director managed to excite and to show through technology and design, giving to the event a distinctive mark.
Then the meeting concluded the day after with a gala dinner at the Cloister of Michelangelo in the Diocletian Baths with 'Metamorphosis' show loosely based on Ovid, who declined the theme of air, water, fire.

"UNA CASA E' UNA CASA" - MAGGIORE

Meeting 2011 for the Maggiore Group, in the beautiful surroundings of Space 900 in Rome. Starring a giant white cube, as a representative image of the place of protection: the house, to emphasize the claim of the event called "Una casa è una casa" ("A house is a house"). The complex and articulated mapping of this rotating cube, from which came out the presenter who started the institutional morning, was created by Clonwerk. The structural game of cubic and concentric circles, has required a complex mapping that allowed the creation of a scenery full of graphics and every single contribution was ad hoc designed. All contributions were made by Clonwerk: video graphics, video, and emotional presentations of the speakers.

ACCADEMIA DEL PROFUMO - "PROFUMI E SAPORI D'ITALIA" Premio Internazionale 2011

In the magical atmosphere of the fourteenth-century's Palazzo Re Enzo, in Bologna, was celebrated the gala dinner at the 22th edition of Fragrances Oscars.
Organized by the Accademia del Profumo, the evening was attended by 400 guests and two juries: a VIP and a technical award for the real protagonists of the event: the scents. As a sponsor of the evening a "all-italian beauty": Cristina Chiabotto.
The atmosphere was made very impressive, by Clonwerk's video-graphic contributions that was produced for this event. Clonwerk also achieved, on behalf of EVR, the direction of the entire evening, coordinating all the professionals involved in the event.
The meticulous attention that Clonwerk had during the creation of video, graphics and the soundtrack emphasized the striking beauty of the room catapulting guests on a real dream environment.

"INSIEME FACCIAMO PIU' STRADA" - TOTAL ERG

The merge of Total and Erg trademarks ended with two events dedicated to the operators of gasoline stations. The first at Palalottomatica in Rome, the other at Palacassa in Parma, for a total of about 5,000 guests. Clonwerk, on behalf of Uvet American Express, has made all the graphic contributions: video graphics, videos, emotional, logo animation and presentations of the speakers on a screen of 30x7 meters, making this large projection area part of the scenery of the stage. Clonwerk has also edited and directed the event. After the institutional, a pleasant show of Ale and Franz.

AZIMUT - TERZO DECENNIO

In cooperation with the agency Mil, Clonwerk has created astereoscopic event for the financial company Azimut.
The structure of the two-day event was very intense: the first began with 3 simultaneous conventions and then ended with a gala dinner, the dinner was articulated by several spectacular moments: the show of the French group Les Farfadais and the performance of Nora Mogalli, followed by a group of dancers. The evening had an exceptional presenter, Jessika Polski, who hosted the awards show punctuated by the awards of the best agents in the previous year. Clonwerk has directed the show's gala dinner, taking care of music, lights and video contributions in support of the show.
The second day had a more institutional look, and, waiting for the agents and employees invited to the 1600 Palacassa of Parma, there was a big 40 meters screen on which were projected videos and 3D presentations. Again Clonwerk took care of the direction, driving all the speakers towards the new world of stereoscopic content.
Clonwerk has made all the graphic contributions of the two days, in particular the main effort has been devoted to the preparation of stereoscopic videos in the best description of the results of the last twenty years of Azimut. The stereoscopic video history, lasting 7 minutes, was made entirely in 3D computer graphics.

INTESA SAN PAOLO

Intesa Sanpaolo has made a great event for internal communication to introduce to small business managers of all branches of Italy "Business Insieme" ("Business Together"). The event, with the participation of 5,000 managers from all the Italian provinces, was conducted by the economic journalist and TV presenter Myrta Merlino, with the extraordinary participation of the sociologist Renato Mannheimer and the comedian Enrico Bertolino.
Clonwerk, on behalf of K-events agency, was able to entertain the audience contributing to this great event thanks to the direction, the design, creation of the graphics accompanying every single moment of the convention.
The main particularity of the event was the screen size, which in total reached the size of 60 meters width by 12 heigh for which Clonwerk created the walk-in video, the initial emotional opening, the various introductions for the speakers and the video of the convention ending.

PARTY 55 DIESEL

The lavish party for Renzo Rosso's 55 years birthday, held in the villa of Bassano, culminating in a spectacular video projection, projected on the facade of Ca 'Priuli and generated in real time through an innovative system of video mapping created and produced by Clonwerk: IVIMAP.
The video was divided into two main parts: the first, more institutional, told the story of the house of the "king of jeans" through a collection of pictures of the last 30 years. In the second part, much more emotional and creative, the projection system has made the best of it's ability projecting customized visual effects on the architecture of the villa.
Clonwerk, on behalf of the agency Spec Entertaiment, followed the evolution of the whole project, starting from the creative concept, created a storyboard, the graphic team rebuilt the facade of the villa in 3D to better simulate the final effect, has selected and adapted content according to the creative ideas generated by Diesel's art director. Finally, it managed the on-site mapping and the final airing of all the contributions shown during the gala dinner.

VODAFONE - CHE STORIA

On occasion of the convention Vodafone "Che storia", located in the biggest and most futuristic palasport in Italy, the Palaisozaki in Torino, Clonwerk has given a great proof of knowledge of technological and creative solutions to support communnication in an event. Clonwerk, on behalf of K-Events, besides the management of the live audience of 2.700 people, with an innovative video projection technique, IviMap, Interactive Video Mapping, a software that allow the broadcast of video and videographics in real time. Speakers are therefore helped in communicating the contents through: • A GROUND PROJECTION SYSTEM, the speakers, in fact, is supported by a double projection, the first on a 300 sq metres mega screen and the second, on the ground projected on a 900 sq metres area, that offers the audience sitting on the tribunes of Palaisozaki, big suggestions emphasized by an up-vision. • MOMENTS OF INTERACTION WITH THE AUDIENCE. THE POOLS, with 2700 radio remote controls, the audience has been invited to take part at the event. The results, projected on the ground, have been supported by realtime rendered video graphics. • A NEW WAY OF PRIZE GIVING, on the ground are graphically underlined 5 different colored areas. Each area represents a group of rewarded. On the floor appears the "path" that guides the rapresentatives of every group toward the circular central 8 mt stage where a new surprise is waiting for them. • THE VIDEO LOOKING FOR THE PRIZE, featuring Pif and four beautiful Brazilian dancers, introduces the presentation of the contest, enhanced by the live entrance of public stars, that personally reward the winner with a journey. • THE ENDING VIDEO, a big effect video, it tells the Vodafone's story from 1995 to nowadays. Once reached 2010 year mark the video doesn't stop and with more and more power and energy restarts to go on in a spin and spectacular run toward the future. Effects and sounds underline this acceleration moment. Once at the top, the suggestive images turn in a strong white blinding light that anticipate of very few moment the kabuki explosion toward the audience.

UGF "2013 THE FUTURE. TOGETHER."

Two days of great events for Gruppo Finanziario Unipol, in occasion of the convention "2013 the future. Together", a 15.000 square metres convention set up, located in Bologna exhibition pavilion. In partnership with K-Events, the agency responsible for the event, Clonwerk has expressed at his best his graphic and creative capabilities, using 7 vidiwalls arranged on a 70 mt stage. Clonwerk has entertained the attending audience, 5.000 guests on the first day and 3.500 on the second day, aiding the production of this big event with direction, concept and production of the graphics and video graphics, both in 2D and 3D, that pleased every moment of the convention. The most emotional moments of the convention have been intensified by the videos shown, amongst wich: • THE OPENING HISTORIC VIDEO, deicated to the history of the group, represented by fusions, big investments and changes, has emphasized the UGF ability to renew itself during time, looking back at the most important steps of the Group from '60 to our days, all narrated through photos and aged video footages. • LIGHTING UP THE "ON" LOGO the central built in 10 metres line on the stage, skillfully lighted up, draws the ON logo. This line is affected by a color variation, from red to green, enlightening the start of the race to the goals to reach within 2013. The bird's-eye-shot increases considerably the visual effect. • THE LOGO ANIMATION, at he end of convention, reveal a new surprise effect, the perfect video synchronization with the closing of the 7 vidiwalls. • THE EMOTIONAL ENDING VIDEO, full of important suggestions and meanings, with a strong motivational charge, underlines the potential talent that lives in everyone of us and the importance and the willingness of the developing our skills at their best. The closing of the screens has helped to give more importance to the contents, allowing,a big visual impact, on a unique 70mt mega screen.

BNL - PUNTO SU DI NOI |

Rome's Exhibition Grounds "Fiera di Roma" hosted the two day BNL very succssful convention, with a very large audience. During the first day, the event saw as many as 1500 visitors, who attended the various talks and workshops held in different rooms of the congress centre. In this occasion too, Clonwerk played a distinct role, providing rhe event's graphic support, making and producing some of the videos shown, the talks' introductory presentations, and the slides. The second day took place entirely inside the plenary room, hosting over 2000 people, among whom were the top management of BNL and BNP Paribs, including BNL President Luigi Abete. The event was directed by Clonwerk, who proved essential in coordinating its various phases. These included lectures, high impact videos that emphatically communicated the spirit and contents of rhe event, and talk show moderated by the brilliant show woman and entertainer Serena Dandini. All the graphics was shown on a 40mt x 4,5 mt screen. This enhanced the communication by highlighting the company's key messages. The audience was further involved thanks to an interactive system that allowed the public to send text message on the spot and immediately view them on the mega screen, thus contributing to liven up the various talks. The emotional climax was reached during the touching performance by renowned actor Giancarlo Giannini who interpred, in his unique,, brilliant style, a text written specifically to communicate the Group's value. The performance's evocative effect was obtained with the contrbution of a graphic idea developed by the Clonwerk direction: the actor's face was shown against a starry sky background. During both the convention's day, Clonwerk also made an entertaining backstage video, shot by teasing and filming the guests and staff, and showing it as the closing event.

UGF "ONE" |

For the event "ONE" at Cesena with the participation of about 11.000 people, Clonwerk, on behalf of the agency K'Events, created, produced and mananged the broadcasting of the video graphics for the format. This event was unique for both dimension and type, since it was developed after K-Events' original and exciting format "Convenshow", in which the video-graphic component had great importane and the winning characteristics constituting the Clonwerk's DNA had the chance to be expressed fully. Through careful direction, creativity, masterful editing and deep knowledge of 2D and 3D compositing, all the video-graphics supporting company presentations, choreography and impressive perfornances had the maximum visual support, thus laying emphasis and emotions on the participants.
